Fakio is still in concept preview. Live personal-media processing and purchases remain unavailable while service arrangements, evidence and legal review are completed.

01. Adults & permission first

Use only permitted adult likenesses and rights-cleared photos, performances and audio. Every depicted person must have agreed to this use. Public availability of an image does not establish consent. Children’s concepts remain unavailable for personal child-photo processing.

02. What is not allowed

Do not request, upload or share content that causes these harms:

- Sexual content involving minors, sexualisation of minors, or nonconsensual intimate or sexual imagery of any person.

- Harmful impersonation, deceptive endorsements, fake accusations, fraud, political deception or presenting AI content as authentic evidence.

- Threats, targeted harassment, exploitation, hate or content that invades another person's privacy.

- Unauthorised public-figure likenesses, stolen photos, infringing music, performance or other intellectual property.

- Attempts to bypass safety, ownership, billing or age controls; credential theft, malware, scraping private media or abusive access.

03. Report a concern

For a result you own, use its reporting control. For an unauthorised likeness, infringement or other concern, use Contact & Reports. You do not need to buy a membership to report a rights concern.

Include the relevant scene or job reference, why the content is disputed and a safe way to reach you. Do not email intimate imagery, passwords or unnecessary identity documents. A permission checkbox does not settle a disputed likeness right.

Fakio may pause a scene, restrict access or review a reported job. Removal, escalation and any appeal must follow a proportionate process and applicable law. The live service requires a staffed reporting process before launch.

04. Share honestly

Preserve required AI labels. Do not imply someone actually said, performed or endorsed an artificial scene. An entertaining fictional result must not be used to deceive people about a real person's conduct.
