Live personal-media processing and purchases remain unavailable while service arrangements, evidence and legal review are completed. 01. Who we are & this preview The service operator and contact details below form part of this notice. Worldwide availability is planned; paid creation is not open in this preview. The website shows clearly labelled concept artwork. A concept, stock clip or example is not a video made from your photo. Browsing the unconnected preview does not send a photo to a video-generation provider. 02. Information & purposes You choose which photos to add. In a connected service, account email and account identifiers support sign-in, recovery and ownership checks. Selected photos support validation and the approved creation you request; videos and job records support delivery, playback, deletion and quality review. Opening a website also sends normal connection information, such as an IP address, browser/device information and request time, to its host to deliver the page and protect the service. The actual hosting/logging provider, fields and retention must be included in the reviewed processor facts before launch. Purchase references, entitlements and credit records support verified billing, restoration and fraud prevention. Store payment details are handled by the applicable store; Fakio does not ask for your full card number. Support messages and limited security records help resolve requests and protect the service. - Sources: information you provide, service activity and verified purchase/authentication services. - We do not need your gender, relationship status or a description of your appearance. - Face images can be sensitive. A pipeline that creates or uses biometric identifiers requires separate assessment, a specific notice and any permission required by your location before use. 03. Your photo & device choices Camera or photo-library permission is requested when you choose that action. Permission to access your library is not permission to use every image. You may decline and continue browsing. Photo permission, the agreement to the terms, an acknowledgement of this privacy notice and the optional choice to keep a local draft are separate. A third-party permission checkbox is an attestation, not proof that another person agreed. An unsubmitted draft stays on your device or in your current browser tab. Without the separate keep-draft choice, it clears on the next cold app start. If you choose to keep it on a device, the app permits up to 24 hours and checks expiry when reopened; it does not promise a background erase at the exact expiry time. Browser drafts remain tab-scoped. Notifications are optional. 04. Who may receive information An approved connected service may need authentication and storage providers, the selected generation service, purchase-verification services and limited support or safety reviewers. The current processor list, processing locations and retention facts must appear below before personal media processing opens. Access for support or safety is limited to an authorised purpose. Your source photo and personal output are private; sharing or saving a copy is your choice. We do not turn your private creation into a public sample or marketing asset through these terms. No model provider is approved for production in this preview. We do not promise that a future provider has zero retention or never trains on data without its actual contract and settings. Any provider use must be disclosed and reviewed before that provider receives personal media. The launch design does not retain reusable biometric embeddings. The current preview has no advertising or cross-site tracking integration and does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Any change requires an updated notice and the applicable choice before collection. Necessary legal disclosures or a business transfer, if one occurs, must use appropriate safeguards. 05. Retention & deletion Exact production periods for source photos, outputs, provider copies and backups are not approved yet. Paid creation stays unavailable until reviewed periods and deletion arrangements are recorded. The current policy facts below must identify those periods; permanent storage is not promised. In a connected account, Profile offers source-photo, video and account deletion. A deletion request revokes access and starts tracked removal; storage or provider failures remain retryable. It is not a promise that every backup, cache or third-party copy disappears instantly. Financial, fraud, consent or legal-dispute records may require limited retention for a lawful purpose. Their categories and periods need approval before launch. Copies you save or send to another person are outside Fakio's deletion controls. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it separately through the store. 06. Privacy rights & international use Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or complain to a regulator. These notices do not waive those rights. Use the contact below for a request, or the in-app deletion controls when connected. We may need proportionate identity verification to protect your information. Do not send passwords, complete payment details or private photos in your first email. We will explain any lawful exception or verification needed. Before serving a jurisdiction, Fakio must confirm applicable purposes and legal bases, processor contracts, transfer safeguards and required local notices. Agreement to the terms is not blanket consent to all processing. California sale/sharing opt-out requirements and regional sensitive-data choices must be assessed against actual practices. 07. Adults, safety & changes The service is for adults aged 18 or older. Do not upload a minor or submit a minor's likeness for creation. Children’s scene concepts do not authorise child-photo processing. If you believe a child's information or an unauthorised likeness was submitted, use the reporting contact. Private media access is scoped to authorised accounts, access links are short-lived, and credentials and personal media do not belong in analytics or public logs. No security measure makes an online service risk-free. Hosted security, deletion and device checks still need to pass before launch. We date and version these notices. Material changes require appropriate notice and, when needed, a fresh agreement or permission before the changed use. The current preview does not use tracking cookies; browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control do not enable a tracking activity.
