In-app controls
When account services are connected, Profile offers removal of selected or stored source photos and account deletion. My Videos offers deletion of a video. Temporary local drafts can be discarded without creating a server request.
Account deletion disables access and new processing while the tracked storage and provider-removal workflow runs. A failed removal remains pending for retry; we do not show it as completed merely because a request was made. Exact live retention and backup periods must be published before paid creation opens.
Delete or cancel separately where needed: an account deletion does not cancel store renewal, and clearing browser bookmarks does not erase stored videos. Copies downloaded or shared to other people may remain outside Fakio's control.
Request access, correction or a copy
Contact the operator for privacy requests or if an in-app control is unavailable. Use the email associated with your account when possible and explain the request. Initial correspondence should not include private photos, passwords or complete payment information.
Depending on applicable law, your rights may include access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal and review of a decision. We may need limited verification to prevent disclosing someone else's information. We will explain any legally permitted exception and preserve your right to complain to the relevant regulator.
You can report an unauthorised likeness
A person whose likeness is affected can contact us even without a Fakio account. Identify the content safely, explain the concern and provide a contact method. Do not resend intimate content to make a report. Use Contact & Reports for the available path.
Removing a disputed result, investigating a safety concern and retaining narrowly needed evidence require a reviewed process. Public copyright-agent registration or a formal safe-harbour claim is not represented as complete in this preview.
What may remain
Some financial, fraud, legal-dispute or acceptance records may need lawful, restricted retention. Backups and provider copies follow their disclosed verified schedules. No blanket promise of instant deletion everywhere is made, and no unspecified retention period is treated as an approved live policy.
