Your agreement

These terms describe Fakio. The service operator, contact and approved policy facts displayed with them are part of the notice. You must be at least 18, able to enter this agreement and permitted to use the service in your location.

Paid creation is closed in this preview. Before connected photo processing or creation, you must explicitly agree to the current terms, confirm that you are an adult and acknowledge the privacy notice. Privacy acknowledgement is not consent to marketing, training or biometric processing. A material version or policy-facts change may require a fresh agreement.

Choose a scene. Be the star.

Choose an approved scene, add its required permitted photo, review the exact cost and request a creation. You do not need to write a prompt or choose a model. A scene's description should explain its duration, audio, supported inputs and any creative variation before you spend.

Concept artwork and playable examples are labelled. An example is not your personalised result. Generation can vary; we do not guarantee perfect likeness, choreography, exclusivity or a result identical to an example. A result delivered as yours must come from your actual job.

Input rights & limited licence

Upload your own permitted photo or a photo you have the right to use. Obtain informed permission from every identifiable adult depicted and the rights needed for the image, performance and audio. Pet photos also need the image owner's permission. Do not use public figures, minors or a person who has not agreed.

You retain the rights you already hold in your input. You grant only the rights necessary to validate and process the chosen creation, deliver it, and handle authorised support, safety and legal obligations under the privacy notice. This is not a general marketing licence to your likeness.

Any separate request to publish your result or use it for promotion needs a separate, specific permission. A claimed permission may require evidence, and Fakio may refuse or remove an unauthorised use.

Prices, memberships & credits

No price, allowance or recurring purchase is offered until the real store product and billing verification are ready. Before purchase, the store screen must identify the price, currency, billing period, renewal, included allowance, any trial conversion and cancellation method.

Buying a membership does not start a generation. Each new paid creation requires a fresh cost confirmation. Purchased credits do not expire; subscription and promotional allowances must be separately described. Variable scene costs do not justify promising a fixed number of videos.

Credits are reserved at confirmed creation and charged only under the validated-result rules. Qualifying failed holds release once. A different result or retry needs a new cost confirmation; no unlimited or silently charged retries. Read Refunds & Cancellations for remedies and store routes.

Results, sharing & AI disclosure

You may save or share a permitted result within the rights you hold and applicable law and platform rules. We do not guarantee that generated output is copyrightable, unique or free of all third-party claims. A provider's commercial-use permission does not replace likeness, music or other rights.

Keep required AI-generated labels and provenance when you share. Do not present an artificial clip as evidence that a person performed or endorsed something they did not. You control where you send your copy; Fakio cannot recover another recipient's copy for you.

Safety, suspension & requests

Follow the Acceptable Use rules. We may reject a request or restrict access to protect people, comply with law or investigate a concrete abuse or rights concern. A restriction is not permission to keep disputed content public.

For a decision or content concern, contact us with the account or job reference and an explanation. Where permitted, we will explain the decision and offer a review path. In urgent legal or safety cases, some details may be restricted. Your statutory remedies remain available.

Your legal rights remain yours

Mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights and remedies in your location still apply. These preview terms do not impose arbitration, remove a statutory cancellation right, exclude liability that law does not allow us to exclude, or require you to waive consumer protections.

Availability, output rights, warranty wording, dispute procedures and any immediate digital-delivery cancellation choice need country-specific review before worldwide sales. A general acceptance checkbox is not a waiver of a cooling-off right.

If the service changes or stops, existing purchases and unresolved remedies must be handled under applicable law and the purchase terms. Contact us to resolve a concern. Any later terms change will be dated and appropriately notified.
